UNHID is an extension of a long-standing family legacy in Design, Engineering, Construction, and High-end Interior Fitout — established in Dubai in 1968. That legacy has been shaped through the delivery of five-star hospitality projects, royal family palaces, and the most discerning private residences in the region.
- 1968
The late Mr. Ghazi Swaidan lays the foundation, entering the textile and infrastructure supply chain with a vision that would define generations to come.
- 1980s
The family’s reach expands into interiors supply and construction, earning the trust of royal households and private estates across the region.
- 1990s
A regionally leading hospitality fitout group is established, delivering some of the UAE’s most iconic destinations — including the landmark Burj Al Arab.
- 2000s
The portfolio deepens with a new generation of flagship commissions including the Emirates Palace Hotel, over 400 private villas across Palm Jumeirah, and the full fitout of the Armani Hotel.
- 2010s
Two new pillars are born — a luxury Architecture and Engineering design consultancy, and a high-end Interior Design studio — marking a full creative evolution.
- 2020s
The family’s mastery extends into the finest European living spaces, with a curated offering of high-end Italian furniture, kitchens, and wardrobes.
- 2025
UNHID is created — the next chapter of a legacy more than five decades in the making.

A Message from the Chairman
Most people discover Dubai. I was shaped by it.
Born into a family of designers, engineers, and builders, I grew up inside this city’s transformation — not as a witness, but as a participant. By the time I understood what I was part of, it had already become my education, my standard, and my responsibility.
Everything I know about building, I learned from buildings themselves. Every decision, every detail, every space that demanded more than what was easy — that is where my understanding was formed.
The rarest thing in any space is not the material. It is the intention behind it. UNHID exists to make that intention visible — for those who seek it, and for those who already know it.

After graduating from engineering school, Moosa spent more than two decades on the ground — contributing to landmark hospitality and residential developments that shaped the region’s built landscape. What emerged from those years was not a portfolio.
It was a philosophy.
Guided by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum — that excellence is not an aspiration, but an obligation — he founded UNHID on a single conviction: that value is never absent from a space.
It is simply waiting to be unhidden.
