What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your first and last name and email address and, if you give them, your phone number, the area you are interested in, your message, how you prefer to be contacted, and whether you would like to receive communications from UNHID.
• When you register as a broker: your company name, trade licence number, office registration number (ORN), company email and phone, website, city and country, and the contact person’s name, designation, mobile, email, broker registration number (BRN) and message.
• When you call, email or message us: whatever you choose to send.
• When you browse, and only if you accept analytics cookies: how the site is used, such as the pages you open and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics collects this for us.
• When any page loads: the connection details every website receives, such as your IP address, which our hosting provider uses to deliver the page and protect the site.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, and to review and answer broker registrations.
• To send you news about UNHID, only if you asked to receive it. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your information.

Cookies and browser storage

• Necessary, always on: your cookie choice, and a marker that the opening animation has already played during this visit. These stay in your browser.
• Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics, provided by Google. Until you accept, it sets no cookies.

Who receives it

• Google, where enquiries and registrations are recorded (Google Workspace), and which provides Google Analytics.
• Brevo, which sends our team an email notice of each enquiry and registration.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.

These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates, under their own safeguards. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and registrations are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep proper business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Analytics data is kept by Google for the period its service sets.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, stop receiving our communications, and withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Write to info@unhid.com and we will reply as soon as we can.

Children

The website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
